THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker). Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting-edge jobs. As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its Business & Commercial agreements team.

Within the company's Business & Commercial Agreements team, provide comprehensive legal support to the Business Units and departments that directly contribute to the Group's business activities (IT, Gaming, Betting, Marketing, Compliance, …).

YOUR ROLE

Coordinate projects impacting Group's internal and external contractual supply in collaboration with various business departments and external partners

Provide legal support in managing Group's BE and international suppliers and clients contractual framework

Handle online and landbased gaming contracts with players

Ensure reporting and oversee continuous improvement of Group's processes

Conduct legal monitoring/researches

Profil

YOUR PROFILE

Master's degree in Belgian law (business law, contracts/torts law, or equivalent)

3-5 years experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation

Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative

Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken

Knowledge of Software licensing and interactive contracts law or practices and/or gambling law and related regulations are a plus
